The Russian Volunteer Freedom Army, at first just the Russian Freedom Army, was a military unit in Teutonnia during the time of Battle for Normandy somewhere in late 2023 to early 2024. The RVFA was loyal to the
Committee for the Peoples of Russia's Freedom which itself pledged allegiance to the Realm.
The Russian Volunteer Freedom Army was one of the first foreign units of this size, acting somewhat independently as its own branch, having many other units under it. It should be noted that not much information is available on the Russian Volunteer Freedom Army, as the group has been locked and not many messages about it can be found in the Discord.
While the Russian Volunteer Freedom Army would disband eventually, it is clear that it was a large inspiration for what would become the
Eastern Peoples Liberation Committee.
The unit seems to have had at least two separate divisions. The 600. Russian-Armouredgrenadier-Division, and the 1. Cossack Cavalry-Division. Each of these units had their own unique uniforms including rank insignia and hats.
