Leutgard is one of the founding members of the Roblox World War II (RWW2) community, active on Roblox since 2011, and served as the Eternal Ruler of the Greater Teutonnic Realm from 2022 to 2026. Before leading Teutonnia, he was the Ruler of the Greater Alemannic Realm and General Secretary of its successor, the People's Democratic Republic.
Early history[edit]
After joining RWW2 in the 2010s, Leutgard became one of the most prominent rivals to Nerferdude, then the leader of the Western Ascendancy. He created a number of groups, a few science fiction but most based on alternate history set in Central Europe.
Greater Alemannic Realm[edit]
After roughly a decade on the platform, Leutgard's community had grown into a major rival to the Allies, with his largest group, the Greater Alemannic Realm, passing 100,000 members by 2021. The GAR's games became some of the most popular in the genre, with new content released regularly. To ensure the continuation of his ideals, Leutgard authorized the formation of his personal army, the Rulerguard.
Within the community, Leutgard was regarded as a symbol of determination for his refusal to yield to the Allies. When the Allies launched an invasion of the Realm, GAR soldiers fought back across a series of raids. In 2021, however, the Greater Alemannic Realm was mass-reported and taken down.
Teutonnia[edit]
Following the GAR's fall, the Rulerguard established a military dictatorship, the RG-Orderstate, as a base for Leutgard's followers to regroup. In 2022, the Greater Teutonnic Realm was formed as the successor to one of his older groups. Leutgard remains regarded within the community as the founding figure of Teutonnia and its predecessors.
On 1 March 2026, Leutgard left Roblox and stepped down from Teutonnia, ceding the group to Teutonnian High Command so that a new Ruler could take his place.
Title of Eternal Ruler[edit]
The titles of Eternal Ruler, Ruler, and Realmspresident are distinct. While multiple individuals may serve as Rulers or Realmspresidents over time, there can only ever be one Eternal Ruler of the Realm.
Before 1 March 2026, the title of Eternal Ruler was synonymous with the role of Head of State of the Greater Teutonnic Realm. Following Leutgard's resignation, the position of Head of State passed first to the short-serving Ruler Odoyevsky, later to Realmspresident DerSpiess, and ultimately to Ruler Pandenulf.
Although the titles of Ruler and Realmspresident remain highly prestigious, the title of Eternal Ruler is reserved for a single individual: the founding figure of the Realm, Leutgard.
