Throughout May 2025, the Realmsministry of Foreign Affairs underwent a full reorganization. The ministry established an "Office Rosenberg" with Hauwahrt as its head, responsible for all reforms and staffing decisions. On the orders of Realmschancellor Hyndrych, the ministry was directed to work with the United States Military (USM) on a summer war campaign.

On 20 May 2025, the ministry hosted a major diplomatic meeting with a large USM delegation. The talks quickly produced an agreement on planned battles and possible long-term collaboration. The USM delegation praised the Teutonnian delegates, but notably excluded Hauwahrt, observing that he had fallen asleep several times during the conference.

By late May 2025, the ministry had become the second-largest in the Realm. Later RMI audits reported malicious hiring practices, finding that many lower-ranking officials were unfit to serve or facing judicial punishment. An RMI spokesman acknowledged a legal dispute between the State and the Rosenbergs that had reached a "satisfying conclusion," but declined to share details due to a non-disclosure agreement.
