=== Second Floor/UG-Central Secretariat === The Second Floor is primarily dedicated to the work of the UG-Central Secretariat and Unityguard Academy activities. The floor is divided into three principal sections. The first section is located directly ahead upon reaching the upper floor and provides access to the other areas of the floor. The second section is situated to the left and is primarily used for the academies of UG-Group "South" and UG-Group "North". This section contains two classrooms as well as the office of the Chief of Staff. The third section occupies the right side of the floor and is dedicated entirely to the UG-Unity Police. It contains the offices of the Unity Inspector and National Inspector, as well as the Realms Ethos Office. The latter serves as the office of the Director of the Realms Ethos Office and is also used for interrogations. A detention cell is located within this section as well.
