== Realmspresident == DerSpiess's rise to power marked a new political period following the end of Leutgard's rule and the civil war. Under the previous system, the title of Eternal Ruler also served as the designation of the Head of State. After the crisis, the title of Eternal Ruler was retained exclusively by Leutgard, and the Head of State was instead designated as the Realmspresident. DerSpiess was the first person to hold this position. As Realmspresident, DerSpiess served as both Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Teutonnic Armed Forces. === Military leadership === As Commander-in-Chief, DerSpiess held supreme leadership over the Teutonnic Armed Forces, consisting of the [[Teutonnic Army]], [[Teutonnic Navy]], and [[Teutonnic Airforce]]. Direct military administration was carried out through the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces. Following the War of the Rulersflowers, DerSpiess was also involved in the reintegration of the Rulerguard into the Teutonnic state structure, and was listed as the Rulerguard's patron.
