=== The Announcement of a new Rulership === On the evening following the publication of the election results, '''Realmschancellor [[Kryhstoff]]''' called upon members of the Realm to gather at the Hall of Ceremonies for an official event known as the ''Changing of the Guard'', which takes place during significant leadership changes. The gathering was intended to mark the transfer of leadership and announce new appointments within the Office of the Realmspresident. The ceremony was attended by the Eternal Ruler Leutgard, whose return had made the election possible. During the event, the Realmschancellor made a surprising announcement: the Office of the Realmspresident would be abolished and replaced by the '''Office of the Ruler'''. Rather than simply becoming the new Realmspresident, Pandenulf was appointed '''Ruler of the Realm''', with the endorsement of Leutgard. He was also given the title of '''Great Successor''', marking his designation as Leutgard's successor and the beginning of a new period in Teutonnia's leadership. The outgoing Realmspresident DerSpiess was appointed '''Realmsprotector of Teutonnia''', moving into a role focused on safeguarding the Realm and overseeing its wider community.
